The Assignment /

With a population increase of 120% in the last 10 years, Riyadh is a fast emerging modern metropolis. Burj Fas is a new mixed-use skyscraper in the heart of Riyadh. The complex is established to host luxury residential spaces, premium hospitality services and hotels, as well as restaurants and state-of-the-art  facilities.

The assignment was to project Burj Fas as an architectural icon that plays a key role in Riyadh’s city development. And to establish branded experiences and collaterals that speak of a new standard of urban luxury living within the region.

The Solution /

We were approached to develop the brand identity, digital website and communication strategy for Burj Fas. Our mission was to identify the tower as the new centerpiece of Riyadh, with hope in influencing and inspiring future city developments within the region.
